Expenses

Transparency is very important and I am pleased that MPs’ expenses are accessible to anyone who wants to look at them.

MPs’ expenses are now being published by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). IPSA was created by the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 and was tasked with bringing independent oversight and control over MPs’ expenses.
