South Swindon MP, Robert Buckland is calling on pubs, bars, restaurants and suppliers in South Swindon to get in touch with him ahead of National Hospitality Day on Saturday 18th September.
National Hospitality Day is a nationwide celebration of the brilliant hospitality businesses up and down the country. The new initiative aims to support all of the businesses in the industry that have struggled due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The event will see bars pubs and restaurants hosting fundraising events to showcase their businesses and attract people back into the trade, whilst raising money for charity at the same time.
South Swindon MP Robert Buckland commented:
“Here in Swindon, we have many brilliant bars, pubs and restaurants who have struggled during the pandemic. National Hospitality Day is the perfect opportunity for us to support and celebrate those businesses, whilst also raising money for local charities.
“During the run-up to National Hospitality Day, I am calling on local businesses in the hospitality industry here in South Swindon to get in touch with me and tell me about fundraising events they are hosting to celebrate the event, as well as details about offers and promotions they are currently running.
“I hope to showcase and promote as many local businesses as possible on my website and social media pages and call on local people to support them.”
