This week, it's National Volunteers’ Week. In fact, it's the 40th anniversary of this celebration of the work that volunteers contribute to our clubs, charities and organisations here at home in Swindon and across the country.

Organisations like Swindon circles Befriending.The Forget Me Not Cakes initiative, and others, who all make a difference to the lives of people who
otherwise are just suffering in silence.
We are incredibly lucky here in Swindon to have wonderful people and wonderful organisations.
And this week, National Volunteer's Week, is a time to celebrate their huge contribution to our lives.
